Delray Beach Real Estate

Delray Beach Real Estate is active with many buyers coming here from all over the country.
I personally have 4 sets of clients from different parts of the North East. I am working with other buyers from right here is Florida.
Once a sleepy 4 month a year town now even in the middle of summer Delray Beach Real Estate is hot and going strong with activity 10 months a years.
New construction is active with new condo units and retail space nearing completion.
It will be very interesting to see the changes taking place in the next couple of years here

Helping My Clients

For many years I was in the restaurant business. Started as a bartender then manager and I ended up owning my own restaurants and being the chef. Now I call myself a chef because I can create great tasting dishes. I take pride in my work.
